Violet I. Runyon Obituary
Violet I. Runyon, 77, of Pittston, passed away Saturday evening October 7th, 2023 in River View Nursing and Rehabilitation, Wilkes-Barre.
Born in West Pittston she was a daughter of the late Ruben and Ruth Morgan and was a graduate of the West Pittston High School.
She was employed up until her retirement at the Boulder Station Casino, Las Vegas as a secretary.
She was preceded in death by her husband Paul Runyon in 2004, sisters, Isabell Brodbeck and Mona Baylor.
Violet is survived by her niece and a nephew and several great nieces and nephews.
As per Violet’s wishes all funeral services will be private and held the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are by the Howell-Lussi Funeral Home Inc., 509 Wyoming Avenue West Pittston.
