Thomas C. Cole Obituary

Thomas C. Cole, 74, of West Pittston, passed away Thursday October 19th, 2023.    He was surrounded by love with his family by his side after battling cancer to two years; he was our family’s hero.

Born in Pittston he was a son of the late George and Angeline Martino Cole and was a graduate of Pittston High School.

He was retired from the Tobyhanna Army Depot. In 2016.

Tom enjoyed Hunting, fishing and went on several hunting trips to Colorado, but he most enjoyed being “pop-pop” to all of his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his in laws Lester and Marion Rogers.

Tom is survived by his wife Bonnie and sons, Barry (Jeanine), Harleysville, Brian (Tina), Hanover Twp, grandchildren Matthew, Jeffery, Dyllon, and Vanessa Cole, brothers, George Cole, Pittston, Robert Cole (Patricia), Duryea, brother in laws and sister in laws, John Ruane (Gail), Harding, Stephen Bankoski (Gebby), Stillwater, Robin Rogers, Exeter, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.  We can not forget his fury friend Shelby.

As per Tom’s wishes, there will be a private viewing and service that will be held at the convenience of the family.

The Cole family would like to thank Hospice of the Sacred Heart for their wonderful care and compassion that they showed for Tom.
