Obituary of Robert J. O'Kane

Robert “Bobby, Bob, Boob” Jacob Okane 57,of Swoyersville,Pa,  passed away peacefully from this life the afternoon of January 5 2025 after an unexpected decline in health. He was surrounded and supported by his loving family during the last days of his life. Robert Was born on October 10, 1967 to loving parents Charles O'kane and Donna Williams in Wilkes Barre PA.

Bobby was known for his compassionate nature, giving spirit and witty sense of humor. Bob’s personality brought warmth and joy to everyone he encountered and his passing will be mourned deeply by everyone who knew and loved him. Bob’s memory will remain in the hearts of his friends, family and those who were honored to have the privilege of knowing him. His legacy will live for generations to come, inspiring those around him with his kindheartedness, generosity, and unforgettable spirit.

His beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of his Children: Amy Jo O’kane, Jordan O’kane, Alaycha O’kane, Larry Hamilton and Samantha Silva, and his dog Buddy, Grandchildren: Madison Presto, Aiden Presto and Alex Silva Siblings: Brian Emel, Bill Emel,Connie Shotwell, James O’kane Evelyn O’kane, Eileen Mitchell, Tracey O’kane, Micheal O'kane, Asher Okane, Christine O’kane, Sam O’kane, Brian O’kane, Audrey Hodle, Brenda June, Melvin Emel, and Max Emel Jr along with many uncles, aunts, nieces nephews and cousins Robert was proceed on death by Parents Charles O’kane, Max Emel and Donna Williams.

Realtives and friends are invited to attend a vistiation for Robert on January 15 2025 from 5pm. to 7pm. with service beginning at 7pm  at Howell-Lussi Funeral Home, 509 Wyoming Ave, West Pittston.   Interment will be private and held at the convenience of the Family.
