Obituary of Linda Ruth Schroeder
Linda Ruth Tinklepaugh Shroeder passed away peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday morning April 2nd, 2025.
She was born in West Pittston 7/15/43. She was the daughter of the late Arthur and Ruth Turner Tinklepaugh. Linda was a graduate of the West Pittston High school.
After high school she joined Bob Jones Christian high school where she studied ministry and music. She also attended Wilkes college.
Linda moved to New Jersey where she accumulated and mentored many of students on piano.
She was a loving and kind affectionate mother and everyone she met loved her.
She went into the field of becoming an activity director where she was loved and respected.
Linda was preceded in death by her grandson, Alberto Vega.
She survived by her Husband Alfred Schroeder and 3 children, her son Joseph Wydra wife Maria Wydra, daughter Cheryl Magoski husband Michael, daughter Christine Monahan and husband Timothy, grandchildren Jorge, Vincent, Alicia, Deandra, Joey and several nieces and nephews.
Private viewing and burial were held on April 4th, 2025.
Arrangements are by the Howell-Lussi Funeral Home Inc., 509 Wyoming Avenue, West Pittston.
