Joseph Michael Calovi Jr., 27, of Pennsylvania, passed away on May 16, 2025, in Danville, Pennsylvania.

Born on November 30, 1997, in Allentown, Pennsylvania, Joseph spent his early years surrounded by family and community. He attended New Hope School in Wyoming, PA, and later graduated from Hazleton. His educational journey reflected the support and care of those around him.

Joseph found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He especially loved spending time with his nieces and nephews, whose laughter and energy brought him great happiness. Whether playing games on his tablet or watching his favorite show, The Wiggles, Joseph embraced the things that made him smile.

He is lovingly remembered by his mother, Joyce Calovi of Tunkhannock, PA; sisters Mariah (Brett) of Mehoopany, PA; DoveAnn of Bonney Lake, WA; Kayla Stawick (Mark) of Hazel Township, PA; and Amber Calovi of Osage Beach, MO. He is also survived by his paternal grandparents, Mario and Diane Calovi of Hazleton, PA; along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins who will cherish his memory.

Joseph was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Calovi Sr.; maternal grandparents William and Eleanor Van Auken; and uncle Mario Calovi.

A Visitation will be held on May 31, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Howell-Lussi Funeral Home Inc., 509 Wyoming Avenue followed by a Service at 11:00 AM at Howell-Lussi Funeral Home Inc. May his memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved him. Internment will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
