Toney A. Moss Obituary
Toney A. Moss, 68, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away Sunday morning July 20th, 2025 in Hospice of the Sacred Heart, Dunmore.
Born in Elmira, New York, he was a son of the late Mack Henry and Diesi Mae Coney Moss. He was a graduate of the Elmira Free Academy School.
Toney was employed until retirement at the PP and L Power Plant, Berwick.
He loved spending time with family. Toney also enjoyed fishing, watching basketball, and always loved going home to visit in Elmira, New York.
He was preceded in death by his son, Jordon Moss, brothers, Roy and Troy Moss, and a sister, Gloria Moss.
Toney is survived by his son, Dwayne Moss, Wilkes-Barre, sister, Ophelia Clark (Elzie), Jonesboro, Ga, brother, Kenney Moss (Donna) Towanda, Pa., and several nieces and nephews.
As per Toney’s request there are no calling hours or services.
There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
