Judith “ Judy” Hughes, 65, of Wilkes-Barre entered into eternal rest on Saturday September 13th, 2025 in Geisinger Wyoming Valley, Plains Twp.

Born in Frankfurt, Germany, she was a daughter of the late Robert William and Audrey Kline Ricker.  She was a graduate of Wyoming Area High School, Exeter.

Judy loved her family especially spending time with her grandchildren.  Nothing was more enjoyable than being with them.   She will be sadly missed by her loved ones.

She loved fishing, and playing her games on her phone.  Judy loved to cook out and be outside with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, nephew Jeffery Price in 2004, nieces Kimberly Price in 2021.

Judy will be lovingly remembered by her children, James Hughes and wife January, Michael Hughes and fiancé Erica Wash, Julie Moore and husband Will, 4 grandchildren, brother, Robert Ricker and wife Donna, sisters, Beverly Hoover and husband John, Suzanne Price, and several nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Saturday September 20th, 2025 from 2pm until 4pm at the Howell-Lussi Funeral Home 509 Wyoming Avenue, West Pittston.
