Gloria (Fretti) Eaton, 81, of Pittston, passed away Monday afternoon in Geisinger Wyoming Medical Center, Plains Twp.

Born in the Pittston Area, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Elsie Roznick Fretti.  She was a graduate of the Wyoming Memorial High School. 

Gloria was a homemaker all of her life and loved taking care of her children.  She spent her later years spending time with family and going out to breakfast and shopping with her best friend Joan.

She loved reading and learning the bible.  Gloria also loved listening to Elvis and watching I love Lucy and the Three Stooges. 

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Eaton. 

Gloria is survived by her children, Robert W. Eaton, Jacksonville, Fl., Barbara Manta and husband Sam, West Pittston, Susan Bowitz and husband Tom, Orwigsburg, William Stanley Eaton and wife Nila, Swoyersville, grandchildren, Nicole, Thomas and Robert Bowitz, Quin Pardini, Kelly Orr Cihlar and husband Eugene, Amber Orr Purdy and husband Joseph, Robbie Orr and wife Jillian, Robert Eaton, Sara Brett and husband Eric, great-grandchildren, Eva, Emanuel, Eden Rose, Riley and Adison.

As per Gloria’s wishes all funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements are by the Howell-Lussi Funeral Home Inc., 509 Wyoming Avenue, West Pittston.
