Frank was a devoted grandfather who cherished every moment spent with his grandchildren. He was their most loyal supporter, always cheering them on at their games. Nothing made him prouder than watching his grandchildren succeed.  A lifelong sports enthusiast, Frank was a dedicated Pittsburgh Steelers fan and loved baseball. His love of baseball began early – at just 12 years old, he proudly played in the Little League World Series as a member of the Pittston team. Later in life, Frank owned several racehorses, many of which went on to win major races, a passion that brought him great pride and enjoyment. Whether it was on the baseball field, the racetrack, or cheering on the sidelines, Frank’s competitive spirit and love for the game were a constant throughout his life.

The family extends sincere appreciation to Dr. Joseph Campenella, Wesley Village Rehabilitation, Dr. Valenti, Physician Assistant Julie, Hospice Supervisor Shannon and Hospice of the Sacred Heart for the exceptional care they provided, and to Rachelle Amico for her unwavering support.

Frank was a man with a powerful presence, strong opinions, and a fiery spirit that those who knew him will never forget. A true force to be reckoned with.  While many knew him for his toughness and unmistakable personality, those closest to him knew the truth of his heart – he would do anything for his family. Though his presence will be deeply missed, the strength, loyalty, pride, and love he instilled in his family will live on for generations.
