HARDING - Lorraine M. Reiners, 81, of Harding, passed away Friday, Feb. 12, 2021, in Geisinger Wyoming Valley in Plains Township.
Born in West Pittston, she was the daughter of the late Jason and Dorothy Rader Stark and was a graduate of West Pittston High School.
Lorraine loved going to Church and was an active member of the Mt. Zion Methodist Church in Harding.
She was the patriarch of the family and always watched and took care of her family and her animals then her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her family was a top priority to her.
Lorraine was preceded in death by her husband, Carl F. Reiners, in 1998.
She is survived by her daughters, Robyn Odgers and her husband, Robert, of Center Moreland, Dorothy Gadomski, of Exeter; son, Jason and his wife, Kim, of Pittston; brothers, Clifford Stark of West Pittston, Benjamin Stark and his wife Annie, of Connecticut; granddaughter who resided at home, Lorraine Searfoss and her wife Ashley Hules, and their son Oliver; and nine other grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A service will be held at the convenience of the family on Wednesday. A walk-through visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. on Wednesday at the Howell-Lussi Funeral Home Inc., at 509 Wyoming Ave. in West Pittston. Masks are required along with social distancing. Private internment will be in Mountain View Burial Park in Harding.
