Obituary
Please share a memory of Maryann to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Maryann Bath , although we can't imagine a world without her in it, went peacefully home to be with her Heavenly Father, surrounded by her children on August 2nd, 2021. She was the loving wife of the late Edward Bath Sr. and the Adored Mother of daughters Cheryl Golushka (Ed) Ida Pace (Ken) and Son Edward Bath Jr (Lisa). Her purpose on Earth was to be a Mother to all but her greatest Joys were the gifts of her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. She is survived by 9 Grandchildren Andrew, James (Karey) and Steven (Danielle) Kovitch, Eddie and Bella Golushka ,David and Cindy Pace, Sarah and Grace Bath. She is also survived by 6 Great Grandchildren, Karly, Owen, Lucas and Kaleb Kovitch, Gabriel and Juliana Beal. The love she held for each of them was evident just at the mention of their names! Mom was Born in 1937 the eldest child to the late John Reedy Sr and Naomi Mitchell Reedy, she is also survived by her siblings, Ellen Yonki, Betsy Lewis and John Reedy Jr. all of Pittston, as well as many Nieces and Nephews, extended family including her Brothers and Sister in Christ. It may be our Earthly heartache to bear the loss of our Beloved and Cherished Mother but our Great Joy and Peace is knowing that she is finally reunited with our Father who she never stopped missing and is once again Dancing cheek to cheek with him! She was the kindest Human we knew a Chef without degree and opened her door, arms and Heart to anyone who was privileged to know her! Being our Mom, Gram and Bungah she was all things to us and her Humor was like no other even cracking a joke, one of the last things she said, to the ambulance attendant when asked where she got her Beautiful Blue Eyes she answered with a smile, "the Mail man" We love you Mom and will forever miss your smile and the light in those beautiful Blue Eyes! We would like to Express our gratitude to Dr Gerald Gibbions for his continuous care as well as the Allied Hospice of WB, Their Wonderful Staff for their kindness and Loving care throughout this difficult time. Also to her for her angel on earth Marge Cromer, for her Love and devotion in and out of the facility. In lue of flowers we would like donations to be made to the Wyoming and West Pittston library's in mom's name! A Service will be held on Thursday at 8pm at the Howell-Lussi Funeral Home Inc., at 509 Wyoming Avenue in West Pittston with the Rev. James Breese officiating.
