Michael John Thomas Kozloski, 37, of West Wyoming, passed away Sunday, April 18, 2021, at home.
Michael is the son of the late Michael R. Kozloski, Inkerman, and Laura Schultz Kozloski Duncan, West Wyoming.
He attended Pittston Area schools.
Michael was also preceded in death by his niece, Max Harper Novis; paternal grandparents, John and Helen Kozloski, Inkerman; maternal grandparents, Thomas Scazafabo, Old Forge; and Elenor Byram, Pittston; uncle, Thomas Scazafabo; and cousin, Giavonna Scazafabo, Wilkes-Barre, aunt, Lorraine Kozloski, Pittston; and cousin, John Johnson, Pittston.
He and Kristyn Rinaldi shared a daughter, Alana Kozloski, whom Mike lovingly referred to as his brat.
Michael is survived by his daughter, Alana Kozloski and her partner, Zach McKitish; and Michael’s granddaughter, Alivya Ryan McKitish, Luzerne. Also surviving are his boys, Michael’s nephews, Alex and Parker Novis, Pittston. All who knew Mike knew how proud he was of his boys.
Alana, Alex and Parker were the absolute light of Michael’s life.
Also surviving are sister, Sarah Kozloski and husband, Frank Novis, Pittston; aunt, Cindy Schultz, Mountain Top; uncle, Daniel; and aunt, Carol Schultz, Pittston; aunt, Kimberly Scazafabo, Wilkes-Barre; aunt, Tina Kozloski, Pittston; and aunt, Karen Dombrowski, Dupont; and numerous cousins.
Funeral arrangements are private and will be held at the convenience of the family. A celebration of life will be held at a date and time set forth by the family.
