Patricia Ann Yates-Nimmo, 65, of Yatesville, passed away Monday February 28th, 2022 in Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center in Plains Twp. Born in Quincy Florida she was the daughter of the late Raleigh and Vera Mae Fudge Yates. She graduated from the Carter Paramore High School in Florida and then went on to the Tallahassee Community College where she graduated and became a Nurse. Patricia Loved her family very much. She loved spending time with kids and grandkids. After every conversation she had with them she always said "Love you More". She loved listening to Gospel music and reading the Bible. Patricia was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. There names are Lamar Turner, Marylin Turner, Glynis Turner, Albert Yates, Joyce Yates, and Michael Yates. She is survived by her Husband of 35 years Bento L. Nimmo of Yatesville, Children Dr. Sahid Smith and his wife DaBrisha of New Mexico, Kneesaa Hope Nimmo Husband Renie Noel of Yatesville, Tiare Nimmo of Pottstown, Pa, Racine Nimmo and Husband Joshua Harris of Virginia Beach, Va., Sister-in-law, Massay Nimmo Ojijieme of Newark Nj., 5 Grandchildren, Brother John Turner of Quincy FL., Sister Cynthia Gaymon and Husband J.L. of Florida, Brother Shelton Turner and wife Annetheria of Quincy Florida, Brother, Wesley Turner and wife Stephanie of Kentucky, Brother Robert Cox and wife Valerie of Midway Florida, Brother, Keith Cox and wife Oliva of Florence Kentucky, Brothers, Clinton and Curtis Yates of North Carolina, Alvin and James Yates of El Paso, Texas, Edward Yates of Maryland, Debra Evans Bertha McGhee, Antoinette Yates and Katrina Yates Walls of Florida and Patricia Holloway and husband Calvin of Quincy Florida, Several Niece and Nephews. A Service will be held at 3p.m. on Sunday March 6th, 2022 at the Howell-Lussi Funeral Home Inc., at 509 Wyoming Avenue in West Pittston.
