John J. Pacyna III, 60 of Shickshinny, passed away December 15, 2021 in Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.
Born in Scranton, Pa on March 19, 1961, he was the son of John and
Nancy Pacyna Jr.
John was raised in Clarks Summit, Pa and was a graduate of Abington
Heights class of 1979.
John worked for Gerrity's Supermarket for over 26 years. Hired as an
assistant meat manger, worked his way up to become meat Supervisor
in 2004.
John was also a volunteer fireman with the Exeter Park Hose Company and also the Exeter Community Ambulance.
He was described as the kind of guy that would do anything for anyone without hesitation.
Avid outdoors man, enjoyed hunting and fishing with his sons, and
friends, golfing, riding his Harley with his many friends.
In addition to his parents, John and Nancy Pacyna Jr. John is survived
by his sons John J Pacyna IV and his wife Brittany, Dalton, Pa, Daniel
Beirschmitt ( Pacyna) , husband Christian, Florida. His brother Gary
Pacyna (Mari ) Clarks Summit, Sister Cindy Brink, ( Mike), Dalton.
Grandchildren John J V and Raegan Marie Pacyna, Partner in life Kelly
Kosek.
Friends may call from 5p.m. to 7p.m. on Sunday at the Howell-Lussi Funeral Home Inc., at 509 Wyoming Avenue with a Service that will be held at 7p.m.
An Official Church Service with calling hours will be held on Monday at the Trinity Lutheran Church at 205 W. Grove Street in Clarks Summit at 6p.m.
Friends may call at the Church from 5pm. until Service time at 6p.m.
