Christopher D. Cupp, 40, formerly of Duryea, passed away Friday January 6th, 2023 in Hospice of the Sacred Heart, Dunmore surrounded by his family and many friends after along had fight with cancer.
Born in Wilkes-Barre he a son of the late Patricia Cupp and was a graduate of the Pittston Area High School class of 2000.
Chris was a hard worker for Balchune Construction and then Kendzor Machinery and then Ford Construction Company as a concrete finisher and laborer.
Outside of work Chris loved being with his Wife, children, family and friends. He loved listening to old school rock, Biggie, 2 Pac, Dave Matthews. He was an avid fan of the San Francisco 49ers and the New York Yankees. He and his wife loved going to live sporting events.
He was preceded in death by his mother Patricia in 2013.
Chris is survived by his wife, Chelsea Cupp, children, Fynlee Jean Cupp and Leo David Cupp, Brother Richard Frank, Old Forge, and a close of group of friends who were also like brothers, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and many, many friends.
Relatives and Friends are invited to attend Chris’s visitation which will take place on Tuesday January 10th, 2023 at the Howell-Lussi Funeral Home Inc., 509 Wyoming Avenue, West Pittston from 5pm until 8pm. A Blessing Service will begin at 8pm with Monsignor John Sempa of Corpus Christi Parish officiating. Interment will be held at the convenience of the Family.
