Rose Marie Chesna, 78, of Wyoming, passed away Wednesday May 17th, 2023 in the Garden’s at East Mountain, Plains Twp.
Born in Pittston she was a daughter of the late Anthony and Ameila DeGennano Dellarte and was a graduate of the West Pittston High School.
She was a member of St. Barbara Parish ( St. Anthony of Padua Church), Exeter. Rose was employed by Pride Mobility Products as an Executive Assistant until her retirement.
She was a past member of the West Pittston Women’s club, West Pittston Alumni Association, and the West Pittston Women’s Auxiliary.
Rose is survived by her husband Joseph A. Chesna to whom they would have celebrated 56 years of marriage this coming September, son Joseph Chesna Jr, Nanticoke, grandchildren, Aubrey Warjowsky, Morgan Chesna, Ethan Chesna, brother, Anthony J. Dellarte and wife Diane, Edwardsville, and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation for Rose on Monday May 22nd, 2023 from 9 am until 10am in St. Barbara Parish (St. Anthony of Padua) at 28 Memorial Street, Exeter. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10am Monsignor John Sempa, officiating. Entombment will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Carverton.
In lieu of flowers can be made in Rose’s name to the American Cancer Society at PO Box 6704 Hagerstown, Md 21741.
