Obituary of John C. Constantino Jr.
John C. Constantino Jr., 66, of Swoyersville, passed away Tuesday June 20th,2023 at his home after a 6-year battle with Metastatic Melanoma.
Born in Pittston, he was a son of the late John Sr. and Michaeline Guarnieri Constantino and was a graduate of the Wyoming Area High School. After High School he attended Johnson Technical School.
John worked for years in many of our local grocery chains, as a cook at the Olive Garden, and CCl Tube, Hanover Twp.
He loved to do home improvement projects. John was very handy around the house. He also had a love for cooking. John loved to cook for everyone whether it was grilling out with family and friends or just for he and his wife Karen.
John is survived by his wife, Karen Smith-Jacobs, son, John Constantino, sister, Maryann Hoffner and husband Dave of Pittston, Brother, Michael of Morrisville, Pa, sister-in-law, Nancy Smith of West Pittston, and several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing for John on Monday June 26th, 2023 from 5pm to 7pm. at the Howell-Lussi Funeral Home, Inc., 509 Wyoming Avenue, West Pittston. A blessing service will be held at 7pm. Monsignor John Sempa of Corpus Christi Parish will officiate. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
